The Design Process
Consultation
We meet with you to understand the space, headcount, budget, brand and move-in date. This is where we learn your vision and set expectations for the entire process.
Space plan and 3D renderings
Our design team turns your ideas into a concept, plans the layout around how your people work and produces photorealistic renderings for review. We consider natural light and lighting as part of the plan. No furniture is ordered until you approve the design.
Procurement
We source furniture from 200+ commercial manufacturers and place orders with lead times confirmed against your move-in date. Our technical expertise and product knowledge help you achieve the look you want within a realistic budget.
Delivery and installation
Our own crew delivers from the TNT warehouse and completes the installation on the confirmed date. Every detail is managed by the same team, through to completion.
Photography (optional)
Our in-house photographers document the finished office for marketing, brand and portfolio use.
