Discovery & Planning
We review item descriptions and project requirements, confirm manufacturer lead times and flag anything with long lead times or known availability constraints. If a physical sample is needed to confirm a finish or fabric, we can request it early so approvals don't hold up the order.
Receive a procurement quote
Our proposal reflects your specification and works toward a realistic budget for the project's budget as a whole. Any substitution recommendations are presented before ordering and every change is documented to prevent scope creep.
Procurement
After you approve the quote, we issue purchase orders and handle contacting vendors for acknowledgments and ship dates. Everything is received at our Charlotte warehouse, checked against the spec to our quality standards and held for the agreed installation date.
Installation
Our crew delivers and installs on the confirmed milestone and we coordinate site access directly with the GC.
Final Wall-Through
We resolve every item from the installation walk-through before the project is closed.
