Our Founding Story

Built by two women with a shared belief in what great spaces can do.

TNT Commercial was founded by Tatiana Mozerova and Tatiana Murga, two professionals united by a conviction that commercial interiors should be more than functional. They should reflect the people and organizations inside them.

Tatiana Mozerova established TNT Commercial’s creative and operational foundation, shaping the design philosophy and business systems the company is built on today. After guiding TNT through its formative years, she stepped back from daily leadership, leaving behind a culture of excellence that continues to define every project.

Today, Tatiana Murga leads the team, building on that foundation to deliver turnkey commercial interiors that reflect each client’s unique vision. TNT has always stood for one thing: spaces that feel exactly right.

FOUNDED - 2017

TNT founded as a real estate staging company in Charlotte, NC

Tatiana Mozerova and Tatiana Murga launched TNT as a real estate staging company, built on a shared belief that well-styled spaces sell faster and leave a lasting impression. From the start, the company developed a sharp eye for space planning, furniture selection, and interior presentation that would later define its commercial work.

GROWTH - 2017 to 2022

TNT Staging establishes itself as a trusted staging partner across the Carolinas

Over five years, TNT Staging built a strong reputation for transforming residential properties through thoughtful design and efficient logistics. The team developed deep expertise in furniture sourcing, vendor relationships, and project coordination — laying the operational foundation for what would come next.

EXPANSION - 2023

TNT Commercial launches, bringing turnkey interior services to commercial clients

Recognizing growing demand from business owners, developers, and healthcare operators, TNT expanded its services into commercial interiors. TNT Commercial was born, offering end-to-end FF&E solutions across healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, and institutional sectors. The team began attending industry trade shows, building vendor networks, and studying the latest trends in commercial design and specification.

FIRST MILESTONE - 2023

Harmony Oral Surgery featured in Architectural Digest. Harrisburg Animal Hospital completed.

TNT Commercial's early projects set the tone for the standard the company would hold itself to. The Harmony Oral Surgery fit-out was recognized in Architectural Digest, validating the team's ability to deliver refined, design-forward commercial spaces. Harrisburg Animal Hospital followed, further demonstrating TNT's range across healthcare environments.
