About the Role

We’re looking for a commercial interior designer to join our growing team. You’ll work directly on client projects from concept through completion — space planning, material selection, 3D visualization, and final styling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop space plans and furniture layouts for commercial clients
  • Specify and source commercial-grade furniture and materials
  • Create 3D renderings and mood boards for client presentations
  • Coordinate with project managers on procurement and installation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial interior design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of commercial-grade furniture and FF&E
  • Excellent client communication skills

Project Manager — Furniture & FF&E

You’ll own the delivery side of our projects — coordinating vendors, tracking orders, managing timelines, and ensuring every installation goes smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines from order to final installation
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and installation crews
  • Communicate proactively with clients on status and timelines
  • Identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery

Requirements

  • 2+ years in project management, ideally in furniture, construction, or FF&E
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with procurement and logistics coordination

Business Development Manager

About the Role

Drive new client relationships in commercial real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate sectors. You’ll own the full sales cycle from outreach to signed contract.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target sectors
  • Build relationships with developers, property managers, and facility directors
  • Lead discovery conversations and develop project proposals

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in commercial real estate or design
  • Strong network in target sectors a plus
  • Self-motivated with excellent follow-through
